How this works
STEP 01
Find your item
Search the shelf below. Photos are exactly how the item came in — no cleanup, no staging. If you don't see yours, it may not have been turned in yet.
STEP 02
Prove it's yours
Open the item and fill in the claim form. We hold details about every item that aren't published here — brand, marks, what's inside. Tell us yours and we'll match them up.
STEP 03
We ship it back
Once we've confirmed the match, we email you a shipping quote. Pay it and your item goes in the mail. Local to Tracy City? Ask about pickup instead.
Shipping & processing fee
Every item we mail back carries a shipping and processing fee. The exact amount depends on the item's size and weight and where it's going, so we quote it by email once we've confirmed the item is yours. Nothing ships until you've approved the cost and paid.
We don't publish every detail of an item on purpose — that's what keeps someone else from claiming your things. Unclaimed items are eventually donated, so put your claim in as soon as you spot it.
