FESTIVAL INFO
Sound Haven returns to Jaceland for our 8th year
Four days of bass music in the Tennessee hills. No sound ordinances, no curfew.
THE STORY OF SOUND HAVEN
Sound Haven was born from the crash of an alien spaceship belonging to the Auraliths, a civilization renowned for their mastery of sound and music. Their craft hit a cosmic storm on its approach to Earth and went down in a dense forest in the hills of what is now Tennessee. The impact carved out a vast open space where the wreckage fused with the land around it.
Using their gift for shaping sound, the Auraliths turned the crash site into an amphitheater, working pieces of their craft into the landscape. That site became known as Jaceland, the heart of Sound Haven. Its towering speakers and glowing panels were built from the UFO's hull.
Word spread, and musicians, artists, and festival-goers from around the world came to hear the music and play alongside the Auraliths. Every year, the UFO stage hosts sets that blend cosmic compositions with Earthly rhythms.
The festival carries that story forward: music has the power to unite different worlds. Once a year, we gather in the forest, harmonize our frequencies, and see what happens when we embrace the unknown.
